Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some Muskoka Arc products are available as a subscription, so your favourites arrive on a schedule without having to reorder each time. This policy explains how subscriptions are billed and how to change or cancel one.
How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe, you choose the product and delivery frequency shown at checkout. Your payment method on file is charged automatically at the start of each cycle, and your order ships on its regular schedule until you pause or cancel.
Your routine, your pace. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime, no commitment required.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account, or by emailing us at contact@muskokaarc.com. From there you can:
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Pause your subscription
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Cancel your subscription
Cancelling
You can cancel any time, with no cancellation fee. To stop your next order, cancel before that order's renewal date. We process subscription charges and orders on their scheduled date, so once an order has been billed and prepared for shipment, that cycle can't be cancelled, though the cancellation will apply to all future orders.
If a subscription order has already shipped, our standard Return and Refund Policy applies.
Price and Plan Changes
Subscription prices may change over time. If a price changes, we'll let you know in advance so you can decide whether to continue, adjust, or cancel before your next renewal.
