Return and Refund Policy

We made Muskoka Arc to feel like a moment of calm, and that care carries through to how we look after you after your order arrives. If something didn't go the way you hoped, we're here to make it right.
Requesting a Return or Refund
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To start, email us at contact@muskokaarc.com with:
- Your order number
- The item or items you'd like to return or exchange
- A short note about what went wrong
- A photo, if there's visible damage (optional, but it helps us help you faster)
We'll take it from there.
What Happens Next
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll issue your refund or send a replacement. You'll receive a confirmation email, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Original shipping charges are not included in the refund.
Returns and Exchanges
If you're returning an item that isn't damaged or incorrect, you're welcome to send it back, as long as:
- It's within our 30-day return window
- The item is unused and in its original condition
A few things to know:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We'll share the return address once your request is approved
- Exchanges follow the same process. Once we receive your item, we'll ship the replacement or issue your refund
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, since we can't guarantee receipt of returns without confirmation.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Gift cards, trial-size items, and products marked final sale are not eligible for return
- To keep things fair for everyone, we may limit returns in cases of repeated claims, though we always review each case individually
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or appears lost in transit, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and your tracking details if you have them, and we'll prioritize a refund or replacement.
Subscription Orders
