At Muskoka Arc, your order should arrive with the same care that goes into every bottle. We pack thoughtfully and ship promptly so it reaches you in good condition and on time.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, and we'll always do our best to keep things timely.

Shipping Options and Timelines

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $70 CAD

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $50 USD

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you don't see your tracking details within 3 business days, reach out at contact@muskokaarc.com and we're happy to help.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Orders shipped to the United States may, in some cases, be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on current regulations. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are either collected at checkout or by the courier on delivery. We're unable to alter customs documentation or declared values.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please allow 2–3 business days, since carriers sometimes mark deliveries early. If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@muskokaarc.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll make it right.

Order Cancellations and Address Changes

If you need to cancel or update your order, email us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order is processed, but we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
