Wholesale pricing runs 45% to 55% off retail depending on volume, with freight paid by the retailer. We can quote a freight-included price instead if that is simpler for your accounting. Full terms are shared once we have spoken.

Questions
What is the minimum order?
Twelve units, whether it is your first order or your tenth. That is one case, and it is small enough to try the product on your shelf without committing to a pallet of it.
You can mix variants within a case once the botanicals are back in stock.
What is the wholesale discount?
Between 45% and 55% off retail, depending on volume, with freight paid by you.
If you would rather have one number with shipping already inside it, we can quote that instead. We will send current pricing once we know a little about your shop.
Who pays freight?
You do, by default, and the discount is set with that in mind. We quote actual cost rather than adding a handling margin to it.
If freight-included pricing is simpler for your accounting, ask and we will send that version. It is the same money arranged differently.
Where do you ship?
Across Canada from Hamilton, Ontario. [US: currently arranged case by case. Write to us and we will quote it.]
How long is lead time?
Typically 3-4 days from confirmed order.
The formula has nothing in it to extend shelf life, so we make each batch close to the date it ships rather than holding finished stock. It means you wait a little. It also means what reaches your shelf is new.
Do you support us once it is on the shelf?
Opening orders include a small allocation of product for your team to keep and use. Staff who have used it are the reason it moves, and no amount of shelf talker replaces that.
We will also send product photography and copy you can use, and we ask that listings stay within the claims we make ourselves. Full terms come with your pricing.
